That depends on which country you want to study in.

I have added a couple of posts on this subject if you have a look at those...

In the UK the Open University specialise in distance learning, and have done for decades....

There are also existing "bricks and mortar" Universities offering distance learning, these would be ok also. 

The ones to avoid are online only Universities which are not accredited / recognised, there are a lot of these around, you really need to do a lot of research and be sure of what you are doing.

I have found one or two websites that "broker" courses from many different Universities, some of which look ok, but could not recommend then as I do not know anyone who has used one...</description>
