That depends on which country you want to study in.

In the UK the Open University specialise in distance learning, and have done for decades....

There are also existing &quot;bricks and mortar&quot; Universities offering distance learning, these would be ok also. 

The ones to avoid are online only Universities which are not accredited / recognised, there are a lot of these around, you really need to do a lot of research and be sure of what you are doing.

I have found one or two websites that &quot;broker&quot; courses from many different Universities, some of which look ok, but could not recommend then as I do not know anyone who has used one...</description>
